When I discovered that foods containing MSG always triggered these headaches, I consciously made sure that products I consume do not contain MSG. Since my discovery my headaches have dramaticallly decreased in frequency. However I still suffer the occasional migraines. And if I backtrack through what I have eaten, I discover that the product indeed contained MSG. I also dscovered that I have the same sesitivity to ASPARTAME* One piece of sugarless gum can give me a headache within minutes. What most people do not understand is this: Even if you do not show signs of sensitivity to MSG (monosodium glutamate) and or ASPARTAME*, these products still have the same exact damaging effects on their bodies as well. MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE (MSG) AND ASPARTAME* NEED TO BE BANNED IMMEDIATELY ! ! ! WITHOUT QUESTION OR HESITATION !!!!!!!!
