I have a violent reaction to MSG, and have had for years, although it is getting worse as I get older. I have severe mood swings and terrible headaches, burning eyes and upset tummy, racing heart. But the worst, is the depression, I sometimes feel as though my life is not worth living, after accidently eating MSG. (I say accidentally, as I try my best to maintain an MSG Free diet.)
I think if everyone reacted the way I do, then people would realise how bad the stuff actually is.
Please bring on an MSG Free world. I hope that it gets to the point where food companies are seen as pariahs – the Baddies, if they put MSG in. Right now, when you ask someone at a restaurant if they use MSG, the look at you with blank stares….as if you are crazy.

MSG is horrible. I suffered from horrific migraines for years and it was link to MSG. It should be band. I write to as many companies as I can to get them to quite using it. Kraft foods have came a long ways from not using it in most of their products.

MSG IS NOTHING BUT POISON AND I THINK THE PUBLIC SHOULD DEMAND THAT FOOD COMPANIES BE FORCED TO QUIT PUTTING IT INTO OUR FOOD.
